Access is via an unmade road (track) that runs down from the main road on the ridge to the main road through Gourna. The house is about 300m from the road at the top (Rachi, 2km from Platanos) and about 750m from the road at the bottom (Gourna).

The boundary of the plot is marked by the track at the bottom and an old stone wall at the top. The land even has its own tiny little church – Agios Georgios.
